Special  Events

November 4, 2025

This is a reminder about our upcoming blood drive! It will be held in the Sumner Room of the Sylvester Library from 2 pm to 6pm! We need all hands-on deck to make this drive a success! We are approaching the holiday season and travel will greatly increase! Every pint is an opportunity to save a life! If you have ever had the need and received blood, someone did this for you! Now it's your opportunity to help others!

Camo & Pink: United in the Fight Against Cancer

13th Annual Pink Out Day

Cancer Awareness Public Event - Sylvester, GA.

Hosted by CancerAwareness365, Inc. | Supported by American Legion Post 335.

American Legion Post 335 proudly joins CancerAwareness365, Inc.

in hosting this powerful community gathering—where Camo Meets Pink

to honor every battle, every survivor, and every life touched by cancer.

Camo represents the invisible wounds many of our Veterans carry—cancers linked to Agent Orange, burn pits, and toxic exposure.

Pink stands for breast cancer awareness and the enduring strength of women everywhere.

Together, they form a unified front of remembrance, resilience, and hope.

Businesses, Vendors & Organizations Welcome- Set up a table to share your mission—bring cards, fans, cups, candy, t-shirts, pens, keychains, and more. Note: This is a non-sales event. Call the number on the flyer or click below to reserve your spot.

Support the Cause- Monetary donations and door prizes help make this event possible and meaningful.

Know a Survivor or Someone Currently Battling Cancer? Please share their name and contact info—or pass along Sharon’s info so they can connect directly. Every story deserves to be honored.

Volunteers Needed- If your heart is in this fight, we welcome your helping hands.

Let’s stand together—veterans, families, survivors, and supporters—and make this year’s event a tribute to courage and community.
